By accessing or using HoloVault ("we", "us", or "our"), including creating an account, opening packs, or signing in with Google, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use HoloVault and must provide accurate information when creating an account, including when authenticating through a third-party provider such as Google.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Signing In With Google

HoloVault offers sign-in through Google as a convenience. By using this option, you authorize us to receive basic profile information from Google as described in our Privacy Policy, and you remain subject to Google's own terms for your Google account.

4. Packs, Pulls, and Digital Items

HoloVault allows you to open packs and receive digital items. Odds, availability, and item rarity are determined by our systems and may be based on a public verifiable random function (VRF) for fairness.

Digital items have no cash value unless explicitly stated, and we reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or rebalance packs, items, or the marketplace at any time.

5. Marketplace and Transactions

If HoloVault offers a marketplace for trading or transacting items, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and not to engage in fraud, manipulation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform.

All purchases are final except where required otherwise by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse HoloVault, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the service, automating gameplay in violation of our rules, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

HoloVault and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HoloVault at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

HoloVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will update the "last updated" date below.
